OUR CINEMA

Outside food and drink is not be permitted. The George Inn has a very wide selection of drinks, snack and food which would suite most guests requirements.

Our boutique cinema has a total of 12 luxury seats arranged across 6 sofas, with each sofa seating 2 guests. This makes the cinema is ideally suited to groups of two, four, six, eight, ten or twelve, however single seats are available too.

Seats are not allocated in advance. We will do our best to seat groups together and accommodate seating requests wherever possible.

Yes, we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your screening begins. You can then ensure that there’s some time to order a drink and some snacks in good time for the start of your film.

Due to the age and configuration of the building access is limited due to a large step into the venue and three steps down into the cinema room itself.

At present we are not able to offer the option of booking seats in the cinema and using a voucher as a payment method. This is something that we would be keen to introduce in the future as we develop our booking systems.

Bookings can be made via our website, email, telephone, or QR code.

Late arrivals may not be admitted once the film has started to avoid disruption to other guests.

The Geroge Inn car park is for residents only and is not available to those attending the cinema.

Cinema guests should park either in the Burley Road car park which is just a short walk from the cinema and free after 6pm or the Market Place at the front of The George Inn which is also subject to restrictions at certain times.
